Airbus Netherlands – Company visit

The NVR is pleased to invite her members to a company visit to Airbus Netherlands on Thursday, 21 May. In June last year, we organised a similar visit, which was fully booked. Due to its great success, we are now planning an additional programme so that more members have the opportunity to participate.
Airbus Netherlands makes a vital contribution to the international space industry through the production of solar panels, launch structures for rockets, instruments, and systems. Airbus Netherlands enables missions that are of great importance to our daily lives on Earth, such as satellite navigation, communication, climate research, and the continuous monitoring of air quality.
During the visit, there will be a presentation by Managing Director Frank Meiboom, followed by a tour of the Nebula production facility in Oegstgeest.
Members of the NVR are offered a unique opportunity to attend this presentation and tour at Airbus Netherlands. Upon arrival, a welcome drink will be served, and after the visit, there will be an opportunity to socialize and network with the other attendees.
The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 40 members to ensure the quality of the experience.
Program
The presentation and tours will be given in English.
17:00 – 17:15 Arrival / Welcome at the ‘Nebula’ production facility (Oegstgeest location)
17:15 – 17:45 Airbus presentation by Managing Director Frank Meiboom
17:45 – 18:30 Tour of the facilities / production hall (in two groups)
18:30 – 19:15 Reception
Cost
For NVR members, the participation fee is €5. If you take part, we will include an invoice with the confirmation.
Due to the limited number of places, it is unfortunately not possible to bring a guest at first. If spots remain, registered members will be given the opportunity to register one guest (per member) at a fee of €7,50.
Registration
Registration is possible by completing this registration form no later than Friday, 24 April 2026. Submitting the form constitutes a request to participate. Registration and participation are only final once confirmed by the secretariat. NVR members who were unable to attend last year because the visit was fully booked will receive priority.

For participation, we kindly ask that you travel to Airbus Netherlands by your own means of transport. The address is Oude Rhijnhofweg 16, 2342 BB Oegstgeest. You will find driving and public transport directions in this document. We kindly request that you arrive on time. Parking is available on-site.
The production facility is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility.
