General Assembly Meeting (ALV) 2026
On Thursday, 11 June, the Netherlands Space Society (NVR) will hold its annual General Assembly (ALV). We are very pleased that our company member West End in Lisse has made it possible for us to hold our ALV at their premises. You will find the address at the bottom of this page.
Programme
The programme for the event is as follows:
17:00 – 17:15 Welcome with sandwiches
17:15 – 18:30 General Assembly
18:30 – 19:30 Presentation & Tour by West End
19:30 – 20:15 Reception
ALV Documentation
The required meeting documents will be available from Thursday 21 May in your personal MyNVR environment on our website. If you experience any problems logging in, please contact the secretariat. Registration is possible via the procedure below.
Board Candidacy
NVR members can submit their candidacy for the NVR board and/or the audit committee. In accordance with Article 10.5 of the NVR statutes, the board may nominate candidates to be voted on during the General Assembly. Only NVR members are eligible for nomination. If you are considering standing as a candidate, please submit your application by email no later than 18 May 2026 to the secretariat. Should you have any questions, feel free to contact one of the current board members.
We would also like to remind you that any nomination supported by ten members can be submitted to the General Assembly for consideration. Please refer to Article 10.5 of the NVR statutes and Article 4.7 of the NVR Internal Regulations for further details. For any questions, feel free to contact our secretariat.
No later than three weeks before the start of the General Assembly, a proposal with nominations for the available board vacancies will be published in the MyNVR section of the website.
Registration
You can register for the General Assembly up until 4 June via this LINK. If you have a question or would like to share input for the meeting in advance, you can include it in the registration form.
As a courtesy, if you register but are later unable to attend, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. You can cancel your registration by sending an e-mail to our secretariat.
