🌌 NVR Galaxy Gala 2026 *75-years anniversary*

In December 2026, the Netherlands Space Society (NVR) will celebrate its 75th anniversary — a milestone we will mark in style during a special jubilee edition of the NVR Galaxy Gala on Friday, 18 September!

It will be an evening where spaceflight history, future vision, and festive togetherness come together under one starry sky. All members and introducees are warmly welcome to share this special moment with us.

Get ready for an evening filled with atmosphere, surprises, and connection within our space community.

Programme
From 5:30 PM – Arrival of guests with dinner tickets
6:00 – 8:30 PM – Dinner
From 9:00 PM – Arrival of guests with party tickets
9:00 – 10:00 PM – Drinks
10:00 PM – 1:00 AM – Party with a live DJ
1:00 AM – End

Location
De Schaapskooi, Korftlaan 3, Delft

There is free parking directly in front of De Schaapskooi.
From Delft Station, bus 63 (towards Delftse Hout via IKEA) goes to the venue. The bus stop Kinderboerderij is located right in front of De Schaapskooi.

Tickets
Early bird tickets are available until 15 August for either the combined dinner + party or party‑only option. Both NVR members and non‑members are welcome.
After 15 August, tickets remain available at higher prices (see below) until 12 September.

Ticket: Combi – diner & party: this ticket grants access from 5:30 PM – 1:00 AM.
Includes: a 3‑course dinner, 8 drink tokens for the entire evening, a Galaxy Gala cocktail at the start of the party, and light snacks later in the evening.
Price NVR member: €70 (early bird) | €80 (after 15 August)
Price non‑member: €90 (early bird) | €100 (after 15 August)

Ticket: party only: this ticket grants access from 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM.
Includes: a Galaxy Gala cocktail upon arrival, 5 drink tokens, and light snacks later in the evening.
Price NVR member: €20 (early bird) | €25 (after 15 August)
Price non‑member: €25 (early bird) | €30* (after 15 August)

Diner & dietary requirements
Joining us for dinner? At the end of August / early September, we will send you the menu along with a request to submit your choices for the starter and main course, as well as any dietary requirements.

Dresscode: Gala
We invite guests to add a subtle space‑inspired touch — from stars and silver to galaxy colours. Keep it elegant, but let your imagination travel a little.

Terms & conditions
Tickets can be cancelled free of charge until 1 September.  After 1 September, ticket refunds are no longer possible.
