Each year, around June, the NVR organizes its annual General Assembly. During this meeting, the association reports to its members and provides them with the opportunity to raise topics of their own.

Topics
At the AGM, the following topics are addressed as a minimum:

• • Secretary’s annual report from the past yea
  • Financial annual report from the past year
  • Budget
  • Composition of the board

An Engaging Event
The NVR aims to make the General Assembly an engaging event by not only allowing board members to present, but also giving various committees a chance to speak. Additionally, we seek out a venue where our members normally wouldn’t get a behind-the-scenes look.

General Assembly 2025
The General Assembly (ALV)  will take place on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at the headquarters of CGI Netherlands in Rotterdam. More information about the AGM can be found on the events page.

The invitation for the ALV was sent to all members via email in May, including a registration link. The agenda and meeting documents are available on this page.

You are welcome to submit questions or comments regarding the meeting topics via email (secretariaat@ruimtevaart-nvr.nl). The board will address these questions during the meeting, either thematically or directly. You may also submit your questions or comments using the registration form.
