SIGN UP NOW – NVR Galaxy Gala

The time is near! Get together with friends for a space-themed night of fun! Let’s celebrate World Space Week in style with an evening of drinks, dinner and dancing with the Netherlands Space Society! You are invited to join this year’s Galaxy Gala on Friday 13 October.

The Early bird Tickets are sold out, but regular tickets are still available! These will be sold on a first come first serve basis, so block your calendar and make plans to join us soon! You can choose between a combi ticket including a dinner and a party, or just a party ticket. Members can select a ticket option from below and can bring non-member guests who will require a non-member ticket per guest.

Member Tickets

• Combi ticket: Dinner & party (€60,00) : Entrance from 17:30 – 01:00hrs. Including: a 3-course dinner with 10 drinks over the course of the evening, a galaxy cocktail and some snacks after the dinner

• Party-only ticket (€10,-): Entrance from 21:00 – 01:00hrs. Including: 6 drinks, a galaxy cocktail and some snacks after the dinner

Non-Member Tickets

• Combi ticket: Dinner & party (€80,00) : Entrance from 17:30 – 01:00hrs. Including: a 3-course dinner with 10 drinks over the course of the evening, a galaxy cocktail and some snacks after the dinner

• Party-only ticket (€30,-): Entrance from 21:00 – 01:00hrs. Including: 6 drinks, a galaxy cocktail and some snacks after the dinner

When: Friday 13th of October
Where: De Schaapskooi, Korftlaan 3, Delft

Parking & Public Transport: Sufficient free parking spots are available right in front of De Schaapskooi. From Delft Station, take bus 63 in the direction of Delftse Hout via Ikea. The bus stop Kinderboerderij is located right in front of De Schaapskooi.

Registration: You can sign up by sending an email to secretariaat@ruimtevaart-nvr.nl before the 2nd of October. Please indicate the ticket type you wish to purchase, your name and the name of your (non-member) guest(s) if applicable, and dietary restrictions you or your guests might have. Payment information will follow after registration.

The menu will be shared in September. When announced, you will then receive a request for making a selection for the menu courses of your choice.

The program for the event is as follows:
17.30: Welcome guests with dinner tickets
18:00 – 20:30: Dinner
20:30: Welcome guests with party tickets
20:30 – 22:00: Drinks and chats
22:00 – 01:00: Space-themed dancing with a live DJ
01:00: End
